Shipping costs vary according to the total amount of the order and the method of payment. With the promotion More purchases and less shipping costs you pay, even with a small order you can eliminate the costs.

PAYMENT SYSTEM

Your purchases can be regulated with these payment methods: Credit Card, Paypal, Bank Transfer, Postepay and Cash on Delivery.

In case of failure to collect the goods, the customer will be required to pay the costs incurred by us (packaging, shipping, return, etc.): up to €17 for shipments to Italy, up to €29 for shipments to Europe.

Credit card / Paypal

Credit card payments will be processed via a secure connection with SSL encryption. The service is entrusted to the Paypal system. The security of both your personal data and your credit card is guaranteed by the most efficient protocols for financial transactions. Iwsmile automatically encrypts confidential information that is transferred from your computer to its systems using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the maximum commercially available length). The system accepts credit cards of the MASTERCARD circuit, CARTA AURA, VISA and the prepaid cards of the VISA ELECTRON circuit (Postepay, Calibra, and others as long as they have the online account statement service).


Bank transfer

To complete your purchases it will be sufficient to make the transfer from any bank following the details indicated on the email received upon order confirmation. Upon sending the confirmation of the bank transfer, we will immediately deliver the goods purchased. Payment will be made within 15 days from the date the order is placed.


Cash on delivery

Payment method valid only in Italy for orders below € 300, subject to our approval. In this case you will have to pay for the products to the courier with cash. 


Billing

If you enter a VAT number at the time of the order, an invoice will be issued for the total amount of the goods, therefore net of shipping costs. It will not be possible to request an invoice later.

Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03, personal data are collected electronically and processed using automated methods, solely for the purposes connected with the processing of requests. The provision of such data by the applicant and the consent to their treatment are optional; failing that, the requests cannot be processed. Personal data will not be disclosed in any way. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 185/99, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the product (s) within 14 working days of receipt of the goods by sending the supplier a written communication by registered letter with return receipt containing:

- the manifestation of the will to withdraw from the contract

- the description of the purchased product

- the date on which the order was placed

- the details of your bank current account (Bank, no. of current account, ABI and CAB codes) in order to allow the supplier to reimburse the purchase price.

The communication can also be sent within the same term by email provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours.

To obtain reimbursement of the amount paid, the Consumer, again within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, must return them substantially intact to the supplier by post or courier.

The goods must be accompanied by the transport document attached at the time of delivery.

Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the communication in which the Consumer expresses the will to exercise the right of withdrawal, the supplier will refund the Consumer the price paid for the purchase of the goods by bank transfer. The refund refers only to the price of the goods, as shown in the order note, net of shipping and bank charges. In any case, the consumer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods to the sender (Article 5 paragraph 6 of Legislative Decree 185/99).

 

WARRANTY

All GNLD products are manufactured with high quality raw materials and using the most modern methods. If a product does not meet the requirements that GNLD guarantees, the dissatisfied customer can ask:

a) exchange for GNLD products of equal value to those purchased, or

b) a credit voucher for the purchase of other GNLD products of the same value, or

c) the reimbursement of the entire sum paid for the purchase of such products.

The customer's request can be made to the Distributor or to GNLD.

The guarantee does not apply to products that have been used not in accordance with the instructions on the label or that have been purchased in non-original containers or packaging.
